What stone types does Vowmira sell?
Vowmira focuses on lab-grown diamond jewelry. Some designs may include clearly disclosed colored stones, accents, coatings, or plated finishes. The product page and selected variant are the source of truth for stone and metal details.
Is a lab-grown diamond the same as moissanite?
No. A lab-grown diamond and moissanite are different materials. We do not use those terms interchangeably.
How long does processing and delivery take?
Most ready-to-ship orders process in 1 to 3 business days. Estimated transit is commonly 7 to 15 business days in the United States and 10 to 25 business days for international destinations. Custom or made-to-order work may take longer.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return for an eligible non-personalized item within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, unworn, and returned with its original packaging. Custom, engraved, resized, personalized, and final-sale items are generally not returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the order. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and instructions.
How do I choose a ring size?
Measure before ordering and review the selected size at checkout. Adjustable, fixed-size, wide, and stacked bands can fit differently. Contact us if you are between sizes or buying for a surprise proposal.
Do you offer custom jewelry?
Selected custom requests may be possible. Send the style, stone shape and size, metal, ring size, budget, engraving request, reference URL, and needed-by date through our contact form.
