What stone types do you sell?

Vowmira primarily offers lab-grown diamond jewelry. Some styles may include clearly disclosed colored stones, accent stones, coatings, or plated finishes. Always review the exact product page before checkout.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same carbon crystal structure as mined diamonds. The difference is origin: lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled laboratory environment instead of mined from the earth.

How long does processing take?

Most ready-to-ship pieces process in 1 to 3 business days. Custom, engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces can take longer. If you need a piece for a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Can I return my order?

Eligible non-personalized, unworn pieces can usually be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom, engraved, resized, or personalized pieces may be final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How do I choose ring size?

Check the size option shown on the product page. Adjustable rings and fixed-size rings fit differently. If you are between sizes or buying for a proposal, contact us before checkout for sizing guidance.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes. Send the product style, desired metal, stone size, ring size, engraving request if any, budget range, and date needed to support@vowmira.com. We will confirm feasibility and timing.
