Vowmira Return & Refund Policy

Vowmira accepts eligible returns on non-personalized, unworn jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and any included documentation.

Eligible Returns

Standard, non-personalized pieces may be eligible if they are unworn, undamaged, and returned within the stated return window. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.

Custom and Engraved Pieces

Custom, engraved, resized, made-to-order, or personalized pieces are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. This is because the item was made or altered for a specific buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@vowmira.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears on your statement.
