Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at support@vowmira.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@vowmira.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final sale items, personalized or custom-made items, downloadable products, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons after opening or use. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before sending it back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may take 5-10 business days to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to applicable exceptions. Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them and include proof of purchase.
